We had an amazing meal! First of all, the Char-Grilled Meatballs were outstanding—I honestly don’t think I’ve had better meatballs anywhere in Ireland. And then there was the Pollo Marbella… the combination of chicken, chorizo, and what must be a secret recipe was simply incredible. It may honestly be one of the best dishes I’ve ever eaten. A huge thank you to the lovely Suzi for recommending these dishes. Thanks to you, we’ve become completely addicted to these amazing flavours. We’ll definitely be back!!!!🙏

Start by saying I don’t like giving poor reviews but this was poor from start to finish. Several dishes were burned or overcooked. They brought the wrong wine. The ribs were drowned in sauce to disguise they were overcooked. I gave the feedback to the waitress who awkwardly said “I hope your sparkling water was ok at least”. Paid over €80 for unbeatable food. They were clearly overstretched staff wise and it showed.

Response from the owner

Hi John,
We are sorry to read that you were unhappy with your visit. We take feedback on food, wine and service seriously, and we always encourage guests to let us know during their meal so we can put things right immediately.
We have reviewed this with the team on duty and do not recognise the comment attributed to our waitress. We would never want a guest to feel dismissed after raising a concern.
We also note the photograph shared appears to show the meal after it was substantially enjoyed, which makes it difficult for us to fully understand the concerns raised after the fact. Nevertheless, we would welcome the opportunity to investigate properly.
Please contact us by email [email protected] with the date and approximate time of your visit, together with the dishes and wine involved, so we can review it with the relevant team members.
Kind regards,
Las Tapas Greystones

We had wonderful tapas dishes last night. I highly recommend the black pudding/chorizo and chick pea dish. The pate was delicious. All accompanied by a dry white Albarino wine. Great service from Mar who looked after us so well. She made very good recommendations on breads for our prawns and extra for the pate. We will be back.
